Important information: the Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed that if 14-days have passed since your arrival in the UK and you have not experienced any Covid-19 symptoms, there is no need to continue quarantining.


We recognise the pressure travellers to the UK have been under and we apologise for the inconvenience delays to our service have caused some of you.

We paused new orders to ensure we were able dedicate maximum resource and energy to delivering existing orders as quickly as possible; that backlog has now been cleared.

We recognise that some of our customers have received delayed or incorrect test results from our lab partner. We view this as completely unacceptable and have ceased working with this partner.
